The "Virtual Karabakh" e-library is a project of the "Virtual Karabakh" ICT Centre. The virtual library holds electronic versions of books, maps, articles, newsletters, magazines, newspapers in various languages on the history and culture of Karabakh and political and legal aspects of the Karabakh conflict. The e-library is managed by an up-to-date search engine. The library can be used by young people, specialists, researchers and the wider public interested in Karabakh. The virtual library plays an important role in bringing the realities of Azerbaijan and Karabakh to the world. It is updated regularly.
